Maxi enthusiast Sjoerd rescued the car opposite from a scrapyard in Holland in 2001. Here's his story:
Hi: I bought the car in The Netherlands in 2001 for my girlfriend, at a carwreck-yard. Since then a lot of work has been done to it. It's still being used every day by my girlfriend, it takes her everywhere. It's baby-blue metallic, and the dash is coloured (to make it a women's car). Recently fitted: new clutch, new wheelbearings, guide-ring in steering-unit, several joint-rubbers.
