Great car journey's - Greece to England - Stelios Hatzisavidis at the wheel.

In April 2001 Club Member Stelios Hatzisavidis drove his 1976 Austin Maxi 1750 HL from his home in Thessaloniki (Greece) to Gaydon in Warwickshire, England, for the club's Annual General Meeting. This was the third time that Stelios had driven the car from Greece to the UK. The other two occasssions were in 1989 and in 1976 when he bought the car from Stratstones of London and then drove it home to Greece. This article explores the route that Stelios (and his friend Nicos) took in 2001.

The route
